Hannah Vanderheyden is an Advanced Relationship Practitioner offering relationship counselling and somatic support for individuals and couples who are longing for deeper connection, greater self-understanding, and more sustainable ways of relating.
Her work is grounded in a relational, body-aware approach that honours both emotional insight and practical change. Drawing from training in Advanced Relationship Coaching, Strategic Intervention, sexual health education, and Somatic Experiencing-informed practice, Hannah supports clients in exploring communication patterns, attachment dynamics, emotional regulation, conflict, intimacy, boundaries, and personal growth.
Hannah is especially drawn to working with those who feel stuck in recurring relational patterns, disconnected from themselves or others, or ready to move toward healthier, more intentional ways of living and relating. Her approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative, creating space for curiosity, honesty, and meaningful change.
Through Lux, Hannah offers relationship coaching and somatic counselling that is compassionate, grounded, and growth-oriented, helping clients strengthen their relationships with themselves, their bodies, and the people who matter most.
Hi, I’m Hannah VanderHeyden.
Ways we can work together
-
A gentle, body-aware approach that honours the connection between your experiences, emotions, and nervous system. Together, we create space to understand your responses, build a greater sense of safety, and move through anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, or overwhelm at a pace that feels supportive.
-
A collaborative space for couples seeking deeper connection and healthier ways of relating. We help you understand recurring patterns, communicate with greater clarity, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional and physical intimacy—without assigning blame or asking either partner to lose themselves in the process.
-
Extended sessions offer the time and space to explore complex relationship dynamics without the limits of a traditional appointment. Intensives are ideal for couples or families navigating persistent conflict, disconnection, significant transitions, or conversations that need focused support, allowing you to slow down and work toward meaningful change together.
