At Lux, we believe that ‘wellness’ involves assessing our mental, physical, spiritual, and social well-being. Our Wellness Sessions are designed for individuals who would like to take a holistic approach for their health. We operate from the understanding that our bodies and minds are deeply connected and so, we use this framework to create a space for individuals to learn, explore, and flourish.

essential oil consultation (30 min) free

Have you wanted to learn the benefits of essential oils? Do you want to learn more about the science behind the use of oils? If yes, this is the place for you! In this 30-min consultation we will work with you to define your health goals (mentally, physically, or spiritually) and navigate the use of specific essential oils for your needs.

We work with doTERRA Essential Oils in all of our workshops and services. You will receive an Essential Oil Usage Guide and two 1 ml oil samples of your choice in this consultation.

Sessions can take place in person or online.

pneuma essential oil blending session (60 min) $50

Pneuma (“new-ma”) means breath or the vital spirit, soul, or creative force of a person. This workshop weaves together emotional healing, the creation of your own personal roller blend, and education on the mind-body connection.

Includes: empty roller ball container, access to various essential oils to blend, essential oil workbook, 10-min mindful meditation, and tea.

THE SELF CARE SESSION (90 min) $85

Need some support when it comes to prioritizing self-care + rest? Allow us to work with you to nurture, explore, and create a self-care road map for your life! This session involves meditation, essential oils, goal-planning, and on-going support.

What you will be exploring:

  • How to tap into your authentic self

  • Learn about your passions + needs

  • Connect with your heart through meditation

  • Learn the power of release

  • Engage with essential oils + create your own blend to take home

  • Create your own personal guide for FLOURISHING and BURNOUT PREVENTION
