PNEUMA ESSENTIAL OIL BLENDING SESSION (60 MIN) $95
Pneuma(“new-ma”) means the breath or vital spirit, soul, or creative force of a person. This workshop weaves together emotional healing, the creation of your own personal roller blend, and education on the mind-body connection.
Includes: empty roller ball container, access to various essential oils to blend, essential oil workbook, 10-min mindful meditation, and tea.
What you will take away:
· Education on various oils and how they positively impact emotions and the body
· How to blend oils and create your own signature blend
· Engage with your body, mind, and spirit through guided meditation and imagery
· Learn various breathing techniques for stress reduction and release
MINDFUL ART SESSION (90 min) $180
Mindful Art is a space to learn various methods for painting in the abstract form. You will learn the fundamentals of creativity, how to apply various techniques, and how to express yourself in new ways! You will gain new understanding on navigating emotions, processing anxiety, tapping into your creative heart, and becoming more productive!
The session involves mindfulness and meditation, heart-centred activities, and the creation of your very own painting. Your painting will be on a 16 x 20 canvas that you can take home!
Session includes: a canvas and workbook. All other supplies will be provided to you *
THE SELF CARE SESSION (90 MIN) $150
